I have over 25 years of extensive hands on IT experience in Fortune 100 companies.

My current focus is on improving the performance of agile coaching teams, product management teams, program management teams and distributed teams using facilitation and organizational systems coaching. I bring leaders, change agents, and cross-functional distributed teams into alignment by creating the collaborative environment needed to solve complex business problems.

My community focus is uplifting women in the Agile space and giving them a platform to be heard.
